UEFA Women’s Champions League Quarterfinals Draw

The path to Lisbon has become more competitive, as the quarterfinal draw has been completed, revealing the final eight clubs in the UEFA Women’s Champions League (UWCL). These teams now understand the challenges ahead and the opponents they will encounter as they strive for a place in the final.

Chelsea is set to compete against Manchester City in an all-English quarterfinal, while defending champions Barcelona will meet Wolfsburg once more, revisiting their clash from the 2023 final.

French powerhouses Lyon, who have claimed the title eight times and were runners-up in the previous season, will face Bayern Munich in the quarterfinals, while Real Madrid will go up against Arsenal.

UWCL quarterfinals

  • Real Madrid (Spain) vs Arsenal (England)
  • Manchester City (England) vs Chelsea (England)
  • Wolfsburg (Germany) vs Barcelona (Spain)
  • Bayern Munich (Germany) vs Lyon (France)

NB: Legs one and two are scheduled to take place on March 18 and 19, as well as on March 26 and 27.

UWCL semi-finals

The UWCL final is scheduled to take place on May 24 at the Estadio Jose Alvalade in Lisbon. A significant question will be addressed regarding whether the reigning champions, Barcelona, will successfully defend their title, assuming they remain in the competition, or if a new champion will be crowned in 2025.
